A different menu every day
We offer our guests a menu that changes daily. Our greatest pleasure is to bring Piedmont to the table, with all its rich culinary tradition: tartare, Piedmontese agnolotti, tajarin (thin, ribbon pasta), bùnet (a chocolate amaretti dessert)…all revisited in a light and innovative cuisine.
